1. What types of products do you sell? Verra Design specializes in women's wallets, handbags, crossbody bags, totes, clutches, and other stylish accessories designed for the modern woman.
2. Where do you ship? We currently ship to all addresses in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). International shipping is not available at this time.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer the following shipping methods (all times are business days, excluding weekends and holidays):
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on orders that qualify – check product pages or cart for free shipping thresholds)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on many orders – look for the "Free Shipping" badge on product pages or during checkout. No minimum order required for eligible items.
5. What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@verradesign.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or arrives damaged. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
6. Are your products made from real leather? Most of our collection uses high-quality vegan leather or premium faux leather for ethical, durable, and animal-friendly options. Product descriptions specify materials for each item.
7. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard or contact us for assistance.
8. Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@verradesign.com. We process orders quickly, so changes/cancellations may not always be possible.
9. Do you have gift options or packaging? Yes! During checkout, you can add gift wrapping (additional fee may apply) and include a personalized note. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
